Lee, MBA President When Joseph Lee joined the company in 2005, he brought to his new role a broad range of leadership experience in the health care and medical device industries. In his prior position, he was as a Region Director for the Hospital Supply Division of Cardinal Health, with P&L responsibility for $150 million. Earlier key roles with Cardinal included 11 years in sales, service, operations, and management. Mr. Lee holds an MBA from Mississippi College and a BS from Millsaps College.
Tim Jenkins, CPA Chief Financial Officer/Vice-President of Operations Tim Jenkins’ operations and manufacturing experience with premier corporations dates back to 1985. Before joining the company in 2008, Mr. Jenkins spent nine years with Texas Instruments, nine years with Honeywell, and five years with Spectra-Physics. He has a strong background in operational and manufacturing quality initiatives and cost efficiencies. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Mr. Jenkins is a Certified Public Accountant.
Renae Moomjian Vice President Business Development With nearly two decades in sales, marketing and business development, Renae Moomjian joined Xeridiem in early 2011 to help grow the company’s design and development services through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Throughout her career, Ms. Moomjian has exceeded top- and bottom-line revenue growth goals in medical device companies. Most recently she led the global integration and commercialization of SEBRA’s industry-leading biological collection and processing division (BCP) into Haemonetics. Previously, as General Manager of SEBRA’s BCP division, she was accountable for P&L and had direct sales, marketing and business development responsibilities. She initiated a “green” initiative for effective recycling and eco-friendly product and marketing collateral. Her increasingly responsible positions with SEBRA included Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of New Business Development, and Electrophysiology Program Manager. Earlier, Ms. Moomjian was a Cardiovascular Sales Specialist with AstraZeneca. She has been a trusted advisor with many medical device leaders in the US, Europe and Asia. Ms. Moomjian received a BS from Alma College and holds a European Certification for Spanish as a Second Language.
Robert Leffler Technical Director During 15 years with prominent companies such as Henniges Automotive Holdings, Ford Motor Company, and Bundy Corporation, Bob Leffler has honed his skills in complex technical product development and managed cross-functional teams involved in new product development. His appointment by Xeridiem in 2010 expanded the company’s technical capabilities and is strengthening product development processes, while supporting strategic growth initiatives aimed at increasingly complex development projects. Mr. Leffler holds an MS in Industrial Training and Development and a BS in Integrated Manufacturing Systems, both from Illinois State University.
Michelle Lott Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance With over 10 years of experience covering technical, scientific, engineering project management, quality and regulatory fields in large medical device/pharmaceutical manufacturers and small entrepreneurial focused companies. She has worked directly witht he FDA and EU authorities to determine submission strategies and expedite product approval for a variety of products including active devices and IVD's. In addition, she has successfully navigated product registration in international arenas such as Canada, Japan, China, Singapore, and Latin America. Ms. Lott has a BS in Chemistry from Troy State University and was an expert witness in forensic toxicology prior to beginning her career in medical devices.
Mike Cusack Director of Business Development Mike Cusack, who interfaces regularly with Xeridiem clients, has more than 25 years of management experience in marketing and sales, both in national and international high-growth and start-up companies. Before joining the company in 2008, Mr. Cusack was Vice President of Marketing of BioImagene, located in Silicon Valley, and earlier was Vice President Sales and Marketing of High Throughput Genomics. Previously, in management positions with Ventana Medical Systems, he was Vice President International, Vice President of Marketing, and General Manager Europe. At CYTYC he was General Manager Europe. Mr. Cusack, who started his career as a sales representative with Abbott Diagnostics, holds an MBA from Temple University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
Hilda Slanina, PHR Human Resources Manager Hilda Slanina has more than 15 years of experience in a broad range of human resources management, including organizational strategic planning, performance management, staffing high performance organizations for growth, and key employee retention. An active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) since 1999, Ms. Slanina holds a BS in Family & Consumer Resources from the University of Arizona in Tucson and achieved her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification in 2008. |
